How to prepare
For best results, make an overnight infusion:
Add 1–2 tablespoons of loose herbs to 1 quart of cool water.
Cover and steep for 8–12 hours, then gently warm and strain before drinking.
You may also steep 1–2 teaspoons in hot water for 15 minutes if needed.
Drink 2–4 cups per day.
