Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be extended. A confirmation with tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note: delivery windows are estimates only and not guaranteed. Luna Blooms is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined at checkout and reflect carrier rates, order weight, and destination.
Product Availability & Backorders
Some items may become temporarily unavailable due to high demand or ingredient delays. If a product in your order is on backorder, we will notify you by email. You may choose to:

Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
Luna Blooms LLC is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays once an order leaves our facility
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
