Thank you for shopping with Luna Blooms LLC. We take pride in the care and integrity of our offerings. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, physical or digital. This includes teas, tinctures, salves, creams, digital guides, downloads, and any other wellness offerings sold by Luna Blooms LLC.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a physical item arrives damaged to the point of being unusable.
To request a refund:
- Email support@lunabloomstea.com within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Digital Products
All digital product sales (eBooks, downloads, templates, etc.) are non-refundable. Access is granted immediately, and we cannot revoke delivery once purchased.
What We’re Not Responsible For
- Shipping delays or lost packages
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received
- Minor cosmetic flaws that do not impact product use
- Customer error during checkout
- Inability to access digital products due to personal device or email issues
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Please confirm all details before completing your purchase.
