How should I use Luna Blooms products?
Each product is designed to support your body through different hormonal phases and needs. Teas are intended for daily, ongoing support. Tinctures can be used as needed for more targeted relief.

You’ll find suggested use on each label, and you’re always welcome to start slowly and listen to how your body responds.

Can I take more than one tincture at a time?
Yes. Our tinctures are formulated to be safely combined, especially when supporting different symptoms or phases. If using more than two at once, we recommend spacing them throughout the day.

Do tinctures need to be refrigerated?
No. As alcohol-based extracts, our tinctures are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Tinctures last up to 3 years. Teas are best used within 12 months of purchase for optimal potency and flavor. We blend in small batches, so what you receive is always fresh.

I’m new to cycle syncing. Where should I start?
Our Cycle Syncing Guide is a great first step. It introduces you to each phase of the menstrual cycle and how your energy, mood, and needs may shift.

Do I need to track my cycle to use these products?
Not at all. While cycle awareness can deepen your experience, our remedies are effective whether or not you're actively tracking. Simply select the products that support how you're feeling.

My cycle is irregular. Will these products still work for me?
Yes. The Cycle-Syncing Tea System is designed to help balance hormones over time (even if your cycle is unpredictable).

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some are, but not all. We always recommend consulting your care provider, especially during pregnancy or lactation. If a product isn’t suitable for this time, we’ll note it on the label or product page.

Do your products contain caffeine?
All blends are caffeine-free. 

Where do you source your ingredients?
We source high-quality, organic and wildcrafted herbs from trusted domestic suppliers. Whenever possible, we choose herbs grown in North America. All formulations, blending, and packing is done in-house.

Can your products support symptoms related to PCOS?
Our products may be the remedy you've been looking for, for symptoms like irregular cycles, fatigue, or hormonal imbalance. We encourage working with a qualified provider for comprehensive care while using Luna Blooms as part of a supportive routine.

One of your products is sold out. When will it be restocked?
We make all products in small batches, and restocks happen regularly. If something you love is unavailable, join the waitlist on that product page to be the first to know when it's back.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at support@lunabloomstea.com.
